are warranted for one (1) year for parts , labor
and LCD backlight.

is valid only for the original purchaser

Warranty condition will cover the assembly or material defects under normal
operation.

Free on-site inspection and spare parts replacement during the warranty period.

Warranty service
will exclude the following conditions. Material
cost and repairing fee will be charged: |

.The serial number label has been
removed, defaced or modified. |

The product is damaged, malfunction
or destroyed resulting from: |

a. Force majeure or uncontrollable
external force damage.
b. Inappropriate operation or not follow the user manual.
c. Damage caused by damping, water immersion, fire or acts of nature or lost
parts.
d. Return to service without proper packing.
e. The serial number tag is illegible, removed, modified or defaced.
f. Disassembled, modified or maintained by non-authorized service center or people.
g. This product is not purchased from an authorized distributor or agent.
h. The warranty card is not presented to authorized person at the time of repair.
i. Damage cause by static (non-moving) images displayed for periods of times,
which is regards as the burn-in situation |

Service and spare parts
for repair and maintenance after the expiration
of the warranty period will be charged.

In the event that the spare parts or products
for replacement is no longer in production
and/or is obsolete, CHIMEI will repair the unit
with similar or like parts of equal value. If
a similar or like part is not available, a charge
may be incurred, to the owner, for any upgraded
part substituted |

For repair and maintenance during
the warranty period, the product is still covered
under the original warranty period. |

For repair and maintenance after
the expiration of the warranty period, the warranty
period of maintenance spare parts is three months.
